Pros

They have good ideas and BT has potential with their offerings. Company has a good moral perspective and good core values.

Cons

Commission is tough to make. Poor execution on deployment, no raises, governance is out of control, too many processes in place and chiefs in the room at times. Potential is in the hands of executive management and UK vs US laws. Very poor training or new and existing employees. UK seems to be completely disconnected from US business - not on same page

Pros

Great brand. Great innovator. Great colleagues around the globe.

Cons

Struggling to cope with investments done >10 years ago as competition is providing better service at much lower price. Very slow service delivery due to broken processes caused by global sourcing forced by BT Group. Resulting in constant reorganizations which is demotivating. Many people are working on auto-pilot till the company decides for them.
