      Pros

      The local people are great to work with. BT has a strength in their global network so they have lots of great global companies in their client list.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They clearly favor their employees from the UK but have frequent layoffs in their international teams. They also have lots of centers in India and Hungary that can't seem to deliver. But when layoffs come they hit the local teams.

      Pros

      Good people. Very nice office in NYC with stellar views. Good culture. Profit sharing and 401K good.

      Cons

      Low compensation compared to market. US employees treated differently than UK/EMEA. Lots of management turn over and sweeping layoffs each year in USA but not in UK make for confusing environment. Difficult to get things done without sufficient resources. Everyone is stretched thin due to layoffs and outsource.
