Pros

Paid vacation time. Work hour flexibility.

Cons

BT is a big bureaucratic organization and nothing gets done in a quick manner and right. Benefits used to be great but have been decreasing annually. Senior management is short sighted and solely focuses on meeting their own bonus objectives for their own personal gain. Superficial short term objective achievement is norm and no one seems to have a long term vision.
