Pros

Flexible and internal promotional opps Great home working opps Most people who work for BT are fantastic - its just a shame about the small population dragging us down

Cons

It's true that part of the work force is overpaid, underworked and thinks that BT owes them a living. They have no intention of going anywhere unless a large amount of money is paid - which it is on many occasions. Connect doesn't help - rather than working Managers to deal with poor performance they are more interesting in moaning and deliberately making managing poor performance difficult - don't they understand that this will just mean more job loses?
