Pros

Great if you like to travel and work on long term projects on the road. When you get the get the change to work remote is nice but be ready to just on a dime.

Cons

Some of the projects are very incomplete and when your assigned as the engineer to fix it, it is now YOUR project and if things don't turn on proper in the end they hold it against you even know there is nothing that you could do.

company is going through the after effects of a lot of restructuring; employees in certain divisions can be spread thin; too many processes that are not intuitive enough;
