Low Pay, High Turnover, No Flexibility, Poor Leadership, Vindictive towards former employees. Plan your escape carefully as leadership is quick to destroy your credibility and security clearance once you leave.

Wasn't able to take off for medical procedure for daughter, I was very disappointed in how it was handled. No support from higher ups.

Slightly higher salaries than the usual position.

Cons

Mid-level management is inept and cold, and could care less about their teams. Lack of transparency in policies and procedures. Employees expected to pay for all benefits, including STD/LTD and others that the company should pay for. Very inflexible corporate team makes work/life balance difficult.
