      Slightly higher salaries than the usual position.

      Cons

      Mid-level management is inept and cold, and could care less about their teams. Lack of transparency in policies and procedures. Employees expected to pay for all benefits, including STD/LTD and others that the company should pay for. Very inflexible corporate team makes work/life balance difficult.

      Pay check arrives on time. Salary decent.

      Cons

      The PTO policies are horrendous. You are not allowed to carry-over more than 16 hours per year. You are constantly asking for advanced leave to take any sort of time off. Not much choice in medical coverage. During the contract transition corporate made themselves seen. Have neither seen, nor heard from them since.
