      They are just trying to fill positions for contracts. If you don't work at the home office then you really don't matter.

      Pros

      Team building events. Team leads seemed to care but not as much as they could have--could have been much better where they take care of me, because I'm going to make the company look good.

      Cons

      I never met leadership and when my contract ended, I still had not met them and I have PhD. You would think leadership would appreciate their greatest commodity--the employees that bring value to the company. I was low balled at this organization but know better now.

      Excellent open door policy, family oriented company.

      Growth in my position as Contracts Manager was limited however it is a small company so I understand.
