President's Authoritarian Leadership Style Hinders Collaboration and Innovation

Pros

The pay package provided by the employer was fair. Although it wasn't the main factor in my decision to work there, I felt fairly compensated for my efforts.

Cons

The President's management style was characterized by bulldozing decisions without considering input from talented and dedicated team members. Rather than fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the atmosphere was one of punishing mistakes rather than learning from them. Additionally, the President's sarcastic remarks and condescending attitude toward employees created toxic culture, stifling creativity and productivity.

Pros

A very busy place. Amazing coworkers and plenty of overtime. So many different types of studies. People are friendly. I am surprised some people say that not enough care for the animals. I know some people were let go because of not following procedures. You can be promoted almost every one to two years. My advice to anyone interested to work here is to judge for yourself.

Cons

I am glad some negative individuals are no longer there. I wish there are more formal trainings.
