Pros

- Kind people and teams who are often their authentic selves at work - Transparent leadership and strategic direction - Flat organization, so it's easy to chat with juniors to superiors - Flexible hybrid in-office expectations

Cons

- Low pay relative to other consulting firms - Skews more towards HR-buyers (which is fine if that's your direction, but I though things would be more technical) - Inconsistent hours; some days you're working for 3-4 hours, while other times you're pulling consistent 12-hour workdays for several months - Been slow in hiring new, more junior roles which creates a lot of workforce gaps and shoving additional responsibilities on senior folks - Can feel a bit political and "boys clubby"

Powerful client base (big Australian/global) means great projects Great experts to learn from locally and globally Nice team culture of care and fun Business is performing well despite challenges in prof services so there's plenty of space for growth

Cons

Definitely intense patches of work depending on the projects, but often offset by wellbeing days and lots of flexible work
