Nice small company (growing)
Pros
- Customer service is customer oriented: the company wants you to help the client, not to match targets or generate profits. - Globally, a nice atmosphere. - Management don't want you to be overwhelmed or stressed, but if you want more, they give you more. - Possibility to have some "projects" beside the day to day job. - I was in the French team: the French team are the nicest persons in the world, no competition between us (or anyone else), always helping each other, and good atmosphere, with hard work being done seriously. So if you're in this one, you will enjoy it! - The management is open to discussions, even if they have their ideas of how things should go (at least they have a vision) - Good work life balance. - Some colleagues became friends :)
Cons
- The day to day job can be "boring": let's say you quickly learn it, but it will change a lot in the next months with the new software, so this may be not relevant soon. - It seems to be long to progress, but I didn't stay long enough to be 100% sure of that. - Although I had good contacts with almost everyone, I had some issues with 2 colleagues (and especially one: a new person in the export team who is over ambitious, and aggressive with people in her way. Hopefully the management team will be good enough to take her down a peg, cause she started to put a bad atmosphere in the team when I left).
