Pros

Great colleagues, good atmosphere within the employees - excluding the management. Good location, Milton Park has everything you want, good transport links, restaurants, gym.

Cons

Where to start... Managers not managing, treating employees like children, no trust, no development, no career progression, no recognition, no credit given - criticism is given however. Communication is a poorling, managers don't listen, don't know their staff and show no interest in getting to know them. High turnover, good people don't stay very long. Only the ones who can't go anywhere stay for years. Breaks your self-esteem.

Pros

Leadership is good - support other comments pertaining to the CEO. International VP provides strong and committed leadership. The atmosphere is inclusive and hardworking - change is a constant and helps maintain staff engagement. Pay & benefits are good and seem to be well benchmarked. The company is growing well and looks to develop staff. A good environment.

Cons

Some pros may be considered cons - hard working and constant change.
