Pros

-There are a ton of opportunities to solve problems, be creative, and build from scratch if you're willing to look for them and try new things. The culture encourages experimentation and you're given a lot of autonomy and trust to do your work. -Colleagues and leadership are kind and supportive. -Option for remote work if appropriate for your role. -Mission driven culture that serves customers and patients creates a lot of alignment.

Cons

-Resources are scarce at times, and so you need to be scrappy. That doesn't mean you can't do your job, it just means you might not be able to do it in the way that you'd most prefer. -Digital infrastructure/IT seems to be a bit lagging in terms of access to cutting edge tools and tech. -Very complex corporate structure that can be difficult to understand and navigate at first.

- autonomy - ownership and empowerment to the people - you have an opportunity to shape your job role - great people around - positive & supportive - flexibility in working hours & remote work options - competitive compensation package

Cons

- workload can get really high - communication between departments should get better
