Everything is behind schedule. Questionable ethical decisions to cut requirements in order to recover schedule. Career advancement can be slow if you don’t switch around departments or leave the company and come back.

Fair pay for fair work. The on site physiotherapy is outstanding.

Cons

It's not near anything so they have a cafe on site that serves food that you will not be mad about eating.
