      Pros

      It's a good place to get started in Technology or Chemical manufacturing and obtain a security clearance for use at another site.

      Cons

      Benefits have been stripped since being purchased. Management style has changed. HIGHLY political. Very difficult to get a project completed unless all political powers desire it.
