      Pros

      Great training opportunities and a plethora of knowledge to become successful within the industry and beyond. The people are very willing to help train you to be successful.

      Cons

      Poor communication between upper management and lower employees. Upper management seems unwilling to promote from within the company or move to lateral positions.
