      Great company to work for. Co-workers are excellent. Tons of overtime (good opportunity to make money but significantly impacts work-life balance)

      Cons

      Not much investment in development of employees. Very little training provided. Company rarely differentiates between good employees and great employees.

      9/80 work week - that is it.

      Cons

      This company does not know how to utilize technology. They are publically traded but still use blue books. The journal entry support is hand written and the recs are printed off and put into the blue book to be filed away in a cabinet! Has the mentality of "this is the way we have always done it." Most processes are very manual or add no value to the company (in accounting). Management is very unorganized. If you are a young professional and looking to expand your career in accounting stay away!!
