      Pros

      Decent benefits. Average pay. Good opportunity for hands on learning for the young professional. Erwin is a nice town.

      Cons

      Employees (specifically engineers) are expected to do too much which makes projects impossible to complete. Little opportunity to grow/expand technical skills. Almost no chance of promotion within the company.

      Good place if you want to relocate for a small mountain town lifestyle. Close to Asheville, NC, too!
