Job postings do not match actual expected work for engineers, old school culture especially with treatment to women, large disconnect between upper management and employees. Not a great first job if you have no connection to the area. Old office building with a lot of bureaucracy. Concerns not often heard until it is already a major problem. Everything is dated and upper management is buddy-buddy with each other.

Benefits are declining. Toxic work environment, very unfair promotion system, diversity inclusion nonsense is shoved down our throats, Overtime . The parking lot is even a joke. Contradictory business practices & culture. They only hire the young & educated. Slowly being taken over by liberals. HR is completely useless . Greed amongst the highest levels of management. Was once a great employer until it became publicly traded $$$. Winfred Nash & his team along with Ted Vasser were the last great leaders of this facility. Now it’s all gone.
