Cons

Narcissistic management surround themselves with the same type of personality followers; instead of having value for alternative fresh thinking and viewpoints. Communication and planning is not open and honestly shared by managers and is chosen to be intended for the "select few" only.

Reasonable base pay. Good outlook for job stability. Only have to work 80 hours over 9 days. Every other Friday/Monday off.

Cons

Ridiculous yearly goals and review program. Health insurance isn't great.
