Pros

Lots of great people that work the floor on a daily basis. Safety is a top priority for most people Very big sense of pride in doing the work

Cons

Management has very little interaction with work being done on the floor. Support on back shifts was little to nothing.

Pay and benefits are amazing here. Hard to find a carrer that pays as well as it does. Great moral around the site. Managment is better than most places. Really put an emphasis on the reason why we work and do what we do and also safety. Most feel as if they legitimately care for you to go home daily with all your fingers.

Cons

Tons of overtime. This can be good and bad.
