4 10 schedule. Flexible schedule. Plenty of overtime. Long Christmas break plus 2 weeks of vacation upon hire. Paid holidays.

Cons

Health insurance is ridiculous. Parking is ridiculous. It would be nice to have a daycare. Hire in too many people that don't have enough experience. 85% of employees here have less than 1.5 years of enployment here.

Pay well for southern virginia

Cons

They are stuck in the past and are ripping off the US taxpayer. Most of the senior leaders came up through the ranks together and back each other. Hopefully Rex can turn the tide.
