It’s ok, you’re just a number. Pay is decent for the risk of being a crane operator. Quick to spank you for a minor problem.

Cons

Nobody listens to hourly guys with 30-40 years experience. They hire punk supervisors to breathe down your neck. If you are not a YES man this place is not for you
