      still thinking, they promise a lot then fail to deliver

      Cons

      promotional opportunities are for friends and family only or if you are in a class deemed to sue for not getting your way. to many people have dedicated their lives to this place only to see someone handpicked for promotion

      Very stable job since they have only two businesses, Naval Fuel and Nuclear Downblending. Fair compensation.

      Cons

      No loyalty considered. Terminated after 25+ years service. Military style management with "what have you done for me lately" mentality.

      Nice people and not a lot of strong oversight or management.

      Cons

      BWXT management is only in it for the money. They don’t invest in or care about the people. If you are anything other than a baby boomer you should avoid this company’s culture.
