      I love the 9/80 program

      Cons

      They make you work 4 hours of overtime for free before they will pay you for it. The have a mandatory 4 hours a week overtime you must work, and they are limiting your paid overtime all while charging the customer for the overtime. Instead of trying to meet delivery goals, they focus on hours sold. Having salary work overtime will not get the product delivered on time. They push the limits of legal time charging. How does one get 40 hours of work done in 44 hours so the company can charge the customer more money for less work. Absolutely obscene!

      Long term government contracts ensure a long future.

      Cons

      Management in another state. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not keen to how the local business operates....mandates of pushing initiatives that dont work in every location.

      Pros

      Great compensation. Lots of opportunity to work extra hours. Job security is terrific and will remain so according to the contracts lined up for the next 10+ years.

      Cons

      Long wait for day shift. Half the year is mandatory overtime (30-40 hrs/month). The union vs. salary divide is somewhat unhealthy.
