Severely understaffed in many departments causing strain on good hard working employees. Communication stinks! Stop letting go of needed experienced workers to later hire non experienced. This is a waste of resources and time to train a new employee that will probably be scared away once they see they can not access the internet from their desktop computers. Plus costs of security clearance when they walk out the door 6 mo later. Some senior management ethical and professional behaviors need reviewed after good employees leave to rid themselves of this culture built in that environment. You can't trust going to HR with legitimate ethical violation issues for fear you will be shown the door.

Health insurance is ridiculous. Parking is ridiculous. It would be nice to have a daycare. Hire in too many people that don't have enough experience. 85% of employees here have less than 1.5 years of enployment here.
