      Pros

      Great team. All the way from management to customer support to product to technical to sales. Leadership is always there to support you and help you grow. The product and name recognition are incredible. It has helped to gain rapid adoption in the security space.

      Cons

      No glaring downside. It is a small company that is in hyper growth mode. A lot will be expected of you. You have to adapt quickly and keep moving forward.
