Pros

Babson is a student-centenred college, you work hands on with the students to help them fulfill their personal passions and make the college what they want it to be.

Cons

Babson College is notorious for creating new positions, writing ambiguous job descriptions, making a hire, and vacating the position quickly after the either realize they don't need the position or feel the person isn't fulfilling the loosely written description.

-You have the opportunity to work alongside driven people on interesting projects -Babson has a global focus -You feel like the management really care about you. Babson is a family -Beautiful campus

Cons

Not many... -It's difficult to find an affordable place in Wellesley, so a 30 minute commute s -Some staff have become complacent in their roles, which makes it difficult to execute change (although the management is very supportive of innovation)
