Pros

Very fun environment with exposure to very smart people and the leaders of tomorrow. Many people I still keep in contact with.

Cons

Not many cons except for a terrible set of people in middle management who are politically driven and make the experience a bit nightmarish at times.

The benefits of tremendous; 403B contribution match x4! 3 weeks vacation at hire; 5 weeks after 5th anniversary.

Cons

Very fluid environment which leads to a lot of tail chasing. Babson has never met an opportunity it didn't like which results in a lot of rush work for administration. Decisions are often made in a vacuum and not effectively communicated downstream. Current management model creates a culture of fear.
