Great brand, great company

Pros

Top brand in its category; great benefits and salary; strong management. My experience was one where I was always fairly treated, something not found in too many companies in this industry today. Also, unlike other companies in the digital world, BC does not cheat its employees out of their due.

Cons

Not sure political beliefs should be voiced in the workplace as they sometimes are.

Pros

Great culture, some of the best managers I've ever had, very collaborative teams, an atmosphere of respect, amazing work-life balance, world-class benefits.

Cons

A little old-school technology and risk averse. Not much room for advancement because management has all ben around a long time and isn't going anywhere. Too much dependance and focus on making revenue instead of users.
