-Mission driven work that truly helps people -Passionate, smart and friendly team -Little to no "politics" - "open door policy" at all levels and genuine believe that good ideas come from everywhere -Support to carve and shape your own growth path -Business is always changing as user base is consistently cycling through -Excellent work/life balance and respect of employees' time

Cons

-Everyone is busy and focused. If you want growth opportunities and company engagement you really need to pursue it yourself.

You have work, life, balance. You have the autonomy to come up with your own projects and work with cross-function teams. The non-profit work through Mission Motherhood.

Cons

It's a small company with not much room for advancement, but can advance if you decide to work with another J&J company.

People care about the big picture and are modest. No office politics. The management is open-minded when it comes to adopting new technologies and practices. Regular innovation days are great.

Cons

Limited resources means focusing on smaller initiatives. AC set too cold and vents create a draft.
