Pros

Most of the people are very friendly. The company is lead by data and works hard to make the best products and features. They value innovative thinking and welcome ideas from anyone. If you are salaried, you will have GREAT benefits.

Cons

A huge majority of the company is contractors and very few of them ever get hired on full time. Do not come here looking for a place to grow.
