-Mission driven-supporting parents and also empower underserved moms/babies getting J&J awarded #9 companies changing the world in 2017. -good work/life balance -Stability - owned by J&J, great benefits -Consumer first and leader in the parenting info space

Cons

-J&J financial leadership requires profitability every year so investment in innovation can be difficult -Lay offs last year needed -Small company so limited upward mobility as people tend to stay
