Pros

Great perks, plus good discounts on all Johnson & Johnson products

Cons

Open work environment which doesn't allow for privacy, most employees are women who would talk about each other, high stress levels that would create a need for a vacation but then they would look down on your for using your vacation days.

Pros

The team of people was awesome and the company values were strong.

Cons

Compensation was great at time of hire, but the compensation plateau after hire was less than motivating. Morale dipped. Being restricted to only 1 telecommute day/week was the final straw for me, once I'd had a second child.
