Backbase is a innovative company with young and motivated experts. It’s a challenging environment where you get the chance to work globally. Culture is great!!!
Cons
Backbase sets the bar really high. This results often in a stressed work environment with lots of changes and non transparant decisions. As an employee you need to be very flexible , salary and benefits are not that great..
