On technology front Backbase is a good opt to work with. Product they have is also good and they have good clients as well.

Cons

Management focus which is really important for organization is I feel sometimes lose their focus.

You have the opportunity to work in a global atmosphere and you can see the potential of growth in the company. Very flexible hours as long as you get your work done.

Cons

The management always changes directions and focus of the company once every five minutes. There is lack of communication with the rest of the company.

Flexibility and the time off was well worth it. There were vacation time that could be purchase which was great

Cons

management styles there were inconsistent and it is not a large firm where I was located but it was fair.
