      Amazing team. Management is always promoting a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      Things can be a bit chaotic at times. Project goals can shift very quickly based on supply chain and customer demand.

      Employees are the top priority; there very much is an atmosphere that if the employees are happy, they work more and do better work. The founders are all really nice and approachable.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly so it is hard to keep track of everyone who works therre.
