      Pros

      I love the people here. I even get along with the people whose personalities don't really mesh well with mine, because we all respect each other and enjoy being here. The work is interesting and there are lots of challenges to tackle, without being overwhelming all of the time.

      Cons

      Continuous expansion has made it hard to get ahead of the curve in terms of projects. It feels like there's always things we should have done a while ago, but still don't have time to get around to .

      positive work culture; everyone is genuinely happy about working there, very team oriented/collaborative environment. A unique & fun place to work and diverse culture with a lot of mutual respect and strong employee camaraderie, and very interesting conversation. Great benefits Schedule flexibility Stability and continuous company success & growth Dog friendly Very transparent environment No silo's founders and exec management believe in doing the right thing, are very much in the weeds with everyone else they ensure that you have a comfortable work station to foster efficiency in your role casual dress code good support provided by management Exec management is very approachable competitive salary and options offered Nice location in downtown San Mateo, walking distance to caltrain and tons of restaurants, stores, bars etc are all walking distance.

      If you require a very structured environment to be successful in your role at work, this is probably not the place for you.
