Thank you for your feedback. Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to continue to improve our compensation programs. All employees are eligible for our equity and bonus programs (both of which were enhanced in 2025), allowing them to share in our success. We also have transparent pay ranges as part of our total rewards program. If you want to understand your position in the salary range and discuss your growth, please talk with your manager and/or HR Business Partner. - Robert Fitt, HR (sorry for the wall of text, Glassdoor doesn't allow line breaks)

Pros

some good folks at the bottom of the chain

Cons

The place is poor with money and poor with leadership. Top Heavy. Execs spend lavishly on travel and other unnecessary expenses, then lay off workers to make up for their mismanagement of money. No accountability. No spine.

Thank you for your feedback. Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to improve our compensation programs. All employees are eligible for our equity and bonus programs (both of which were improved in 2025), allowing them to share in our success. Our travel budgets are modest, and employees (including executives) follow our travel and expense policy. If you have specific concerns or examples of this not happening, please contact your manager, HR Business Partner, or anonymously via TinyPulse (sent to the HR team). - Robert Fitt, HR (sorry for the wall of text, Glassdoor doesn't allow line breaks)
