1yThank you for your feedback. Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to continue to improve our compensation programs. All employees are eligible for our equity and bonus programs (both of which were enhanced in 2025), allowing them to share in our success.
We also have transparent pay ranges as part of our total rewards program. If you want to understand your position in the salary range and discuss your growth, please talk with your manager and/or HR Business Partner.

1yWe’ve spent much time and effort implementing and communicating our new sales commission plans, which align with sales targets and the market.
If you have other ideas about improving cohesion across teams - always a challenge for companies - I'd love to hear them.
