remote friendly, generous PTO, decent remote office setup stipend

Cons

Profit only focused upper management, upper management does not understand team construction, pay is meager, company culture is unhealthy

All employees are eligible for our equity and bonus programs (both of which were enhanced in 2025), allowing them to share in our success. We also have transparent pay ranges as part of our total rewards program. -People -Good Benefits -Provided Lunch on mandatory days in office -Big office

Cons

-No cohesion among sales and marketing -Lack of career growth -Very poor structure to commission plan -Doing everything in power to turn profit -Teams are already shorthanded but are expected to exceed work load without fair pay or recognition

We’ve spent much time and effort implementing and communicating our new sales commission plans, which align with sales targets and the market. If you have other ideas about improving cohesion across teams - always a challenge for companies - I'd love to hear them. It is essential that all employees feel fairly compensated.
