1yThank you for your feedback. Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to improve our compensation programs. All employees are eligible for our equity and bonus programs (both of which were improved in 2025), allowing them to share in our success.
Our travel budgets are modest, and employees (including executives) follow our travel and expense policy. If you have specific concerns or examples of this not happening, please contact your manager, HR Business Partner, or anonymously via TinyPulse (sent to the HR team).

1yThanks for the response. Transparency is challenging as the company has grown, and being public we have to be more cautious. We've launched recent surveys to get more ideas on things that employees would value - transparency and authenticity are important to me, Gleb, and the executive team.
