By all means stay away from this place and these people!! Leadership likes to preach about 5 habits yet do exact opposite of each point they preach. They have every department and person stretched thin, taking pride on running “lean” but it’s just another way for them to pinch penny’s so they can boost their travel funds.
Everyone (minus leadership of course) is expected to work in office where we are packed like sardines and loud as can be..think public mail food court LOUD. There is no division in the office between the new call center and rest of office so hope you like hearing phones ring all day.
They make actions off of emotions , little thought to anything they do.. which then of course blows up in their face later but will then point blame at everyone else. Pay is trash. No path for promotions, bonus potential is fake and based on favoritism vs real numbers. Leadership is constantly talking down to people, making ill comments publicly (also very borderline illegal statements) , killing relationships left and right , more focused on office attendance instead of output. All benefits are a joke, God forbid you have a family.. health insurance will cost you more than your take home salary.
Don’t even get me started on leaderships constant pitting brands against each other … if you like being called a “wounded animal” by the CEO or like to hear “maybe we didn’t fire enough of them” in regards to mass layoffs, or like to work at a place where you are expected to work WHILE ON PTO.. then yes this is the perfect place for you!! But if you are a human being with a soul please save yourself and stay far away from this horrid place.
