      Pros

      -Continuously trying to improve in all departments. -Push out as many orders as possible. -Always try to meet profit targets.

      Cons

      -Show appreciation to employees better, by rewarding them for working hard to meet their goals. -Not enough communication between departments, causing mistakes to be made too often.

      Pros

      I've seen reviews go both ways, however I have nothing but good to say about the company, the people in charge and coworkers with the company. You will be asked to put in 110% and if you aren't willing to, this isn't the company for you. If you are up for a challenge, I would whole-heartedly suggest Backyard Products LLC. The pay for TM's and Assistants is fair. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Regular raises and incentive/bonus opportunities would have been nice especially considering the increase cost of just about everything. To be fair I was employed during a time of uncertainty with Covid and many companies were effected. I was thankful that the company was forward thinking enough to take action to prevent anything adverse from happening.

      Pros

      Company is open to ideas that make employee's jobs easier and creates happier customers. Down to earth management teams. Local managers can build their own staff and team that feels like a family.

      Cons

      Must be creative in managing contractors and their needs. Different jobsites present daily curveballs. You have to adapt and overcome frequently.
