Pros

All the employee gets Half of food on the days of work and gets 20 percent off at all darden restaurants

Cons

It was highly understaffed while i worked. So as a host i was told to do the job of servers such as bussing tables with no extra tip

Pros

Very cool laid back managers, hosts only have to seat and push tables together and occasionally wipe a table if its busy. Coworkers are awesome. Idk if its just this company but ive never gotten an actual lunch AND 15 minute break during my shift before. I loved that! Also you get a discount on food.
