Pros

Coworkers were nice and food is alright.

Cons

Management throws temper tantrums when things go wrong, they don’t care about their employees and how they’re being treated, and because they don’t have a gratuity added on parties of 8+, every time I got sat a party I would get stiffed. Understaffed, unprofessional, and they need new management. This place is a circus and I wouldn’t recommend anybody working here.

Pros

Great salary, benefits and atmosphere. They will cross train so you can learn all the aspects of the business. So that when there is an opening for a GM you will be ready not to mention they are planning to open somewhere from 3 to 5 restaurants a year and they are part of Darden. Worked there for 10 yrs and love it!

Cons

There is not really one, but probably that you don't have a set schedule .

Pros

-The staff is amazing -50% discount on food -Flexible schedules -Fun atmosphere -Happy hour brings in a lot of people -Easy to upsale to get higher bills

Cons

-Pay (tips) is very hit or miss -Management is not great, they don't seem to care if their servers make money -3 table section -Large party after large party, especially on weekends -No automatic gratuity -At my location, it's very obvious to the entire staff that one of the managers has some sort of relationship with one of the cooks...the flirting and touching is ridiculous -Can never find a manager when you need one -Very corporate...you pretty much have a script of what you're supposed to say to guests -Secret shoppers -Kitchen gets so behind and messes orders up frequently
