No automatic gratuity on large parties. Every server has been screwed over time & again because of this. So no one wants to do large parties. And then if there are 8 or more people in your party, you're forced to share that party with another server & what little bit of tips you do get are automatically split, even if you do most of the work, which I usually end up doing. Also, I don't know anyone there who has ever moved up. Large turnover of servers. I finally stopped trying to learn names because of that.
