Pros

Decent team, works with schedules and families, also happy to feel like I'm working in the Bahamas all day.

Cons

Team members are somewhat lazy. Have to watch co-workers like children so you don't get stuck with all of the work.

Pros

Get paid every week.and after year employment you get vacation pay and opportunity to buy stock at a discounted price.

Cons

Ridiculous busy.with closing shifts the cleaning has to be perfect.if one grain of rice on floor they act like you didn't clean your station?it's definitely because k.m. has no experience.

Pros

Money was better than other restaurants I'd worked for on average. Uniforms are comfortable

Cons

Clientele is horrible. It would be a daily occurrence to receive $5 on $100, then several 10% tips. With $1,000 in sales, you'd be lucky to walk out with $120. Some nights were $180 but not often. Early in times that keep getting earlier. Management blocks out the schedule making it so you can't request any weekend days off for months. No bussers which was easy to get used too. You are expected to work even harder than you are already working which is hard already.
