Pros

The pay good. Ability to have a flexible Schedule. Opportunity of advancement. Offers day one benefits. Part of the Darden Corporation.

Cons

Customer service industry can be difficult at times but also very rewarding. Restaurant is open until 12am on week days and 1am on weekends so there are some pretty late nights.

Pros

Easy side work, attentive management, good atmosphere, very clean

Cons

Too many servers on at once. Sometimes you get sent home after 2 hours making no money. Long training. Low pay in general because they dont give you many tables. Had to fake sell something to a manager almost everyday before going on the floor.

Best benefits I've had at a job. Loved my coworkers & management. Great place to work. Very popular restaurant so most nights & weekends are busy. Pretty good tips. Always entertaining

Cons

Anyone familiar with the restaurant industry knows you will have to deal with your fair share of bad customers & bad tips
