Pros

Really great restaurant to work for. I've worked as a server for 3 different restaurants and have no been working here for over 2 years. The staff and managers are friendly and it is a great place to work.

Cons

Fluctuating schedules and not a steady wage, you have to work your way up. New servers don't get the best shifts right away.

Get paid every week.and after year employment you get vacation pay and opportunity to buy stock at a discounted price.

Cons

Ridiculous busy.with closing shifts the cleaning has to be perfect.if one grain of rice on floor they act like you didn't clean your station?it's definitely because k.m. has no experience.

Awesome atmosphere, for the most part managers are always on top of the problems and will always help you if there is any problems.

Cons

Happy Hour twice a day which means it doesn't bring in the best people. 4-6 9-close. Which means at 3:30 and 8:30 your tables and bar fills up with people waiting for the happy hour to start. All apps half off! Bills will be in the $20 to $30 range and they will leave u $5 if you're lucky.
