A Fun Job

Pros

Most of the team and staff are fun to work with and there is some flexibility. Development requires a lot of initiative, but is possible.

Cons

Pay is not competitive and it's hard to make 30-40 hours a week as an hourly employee. The hourly's schedule is not consistent and could (and should) be managed a lot better.

Decrease in hours when tourism slows down below 12 a week

Pros

Good pay and friendly co workers the customers are also friendly. There are many chances to get hours by swapping with co workers or picking up shifts

Cons

The management here was not very good . You have some who try to help employees and make them enjoy coming to work but then you have many who micro manage
